For Parts or Not Working. These coolers are in Fair cosmetic condition.  Both have lots of scuffs/scratches/stains, especially on the top panels.  The air outlet ducts on the front are covered in tape and other residues from duct installation.  There is minor rust around the condenser coil openings. One of the power plugs has the wires pulled out and the ground lug missing (the other power plug has a replacement plug on the cable end).  There are residues in the reservoirs.
Notes:
These coolers are NOT working.   One came to us with a tag that reads "bad compressor" and the compressor never starts.  The control panel on that unit works and the fan goes at high and low speeds as set.  The other unit, the control panel doesn't light up or respond to button presses and the fans always run. The compressor doesn't run.  Neither unit provides cooling; both provide powerful air output streams.  No other testing was done. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
