    This is a Megger S1-552/2 5kV Insulation Tester.  This unit came in with a large lot, and had a note stating "Function/Mode Buttons don't work, untested any further".  No further details are known, and no repair attempts have been made by me.  Sold STRICTLY AS IS with no warranty of any kind.
