This Non standard active PoE injector is a simple and convenient power supply equipment for PoE or Non PoE devices via only an Ethernet cable, which will save your trouble about power line cabling and save cost. This PoE injector is compatible with all IEEE802.3af network devices, while it does not have auto detection function and directly supply power to the network devices by force as soon as you connect them, so you must be sure that powered devices conform to standard IEEE 802.3af in order to protect them from burning, at the same time pls be sure that your powered device support  poe pin 4/5(+),7/8(-) midspan.
Recommend: Use 568B cable for connection.
