    Description

    This meter was made by the Simpson Electric Co. For Western Electric witch at that time was the manufacturing division of The Bell System and all the Baby Bells.It is used but in good condition. As shown in photo 7 the battery compartment is clean with no sign of corrosion. Speaking of batteries the unit comes with two new expensive 15 Volt batteries as shown in photo 2. You will have to supply the one D cell battery.
    Photo 3 shows the meter measuring a 10K resistor. And photo 5 shows the meter measuring a 1.5 volt D cell battery.
    Photo 1 shows the meter with the test leads and photo 4 shows the meter with the test leads with the alligator clips installed that I used to measure the 10K resistor in photo 3.
