Upon inspection of the device,
I noticed the type of scuffs and scratches that happen with normal use.
There are minor scratches on the screen.
All ports and connectors are in good cosmetic condition.
I was unable to power on the device because I lack the correct power supply.
When pressing the Test button and turning the crack handle, I noticed that the meter did not move.
I did check the fuses and the fuses are still good.
No further testing could be completed due to lack of knowledge and/or resources.
The device is sold as is for parts or as a non-working item.
No test probes or power supply are included.
